3. User Responsibilities

When using DesignMeter, you agree to:

• Only submit URLs of websites you have the right to analyze
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent rate limiting or abuse prevention measures
• Not submit malicious URLs or attempt to harm our service
• Provide accurate information when leaving comments
• Not post offensive, harmful, or spam content in comments

4. Rate Limiting

To ensure fair usage and prevent abuse, we implement rate limiting on our API endpoints. Users who exceed the allowed number of requests may be temporarily blocked. Repeated violations may result in extended blocking periods. Attempting to circumvent these measures is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent ban.

5. Intellectual Property

The DesignMeter service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Screenshots captured by our service are for analysis purposes only. We do not claim ownership of the websites analyzed or their content. Analysis results and scores generated by our service may be displayed publicly and shared by users.

6. Public Display of Results

By submitting a website for analysis, you acknowledge that the analysis results, including screenshots, scores, and feedback, may be displayed publicly on our platform. Other users may view, react to, and comment on these results. If you are the owner of an analyzed website and wish to have results removed, please contact us.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

DesignMeter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the analysis results. Design scores are generated by AI and should be used as guidance only, not as definitive assessments. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on our analysis results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignMeter and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the service.

9. User Content

Comments and reactions submitted by users are the responsibility of the user who posted them. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on our platform.

10. Termination
